- Carol Pillsbury presiding for Bernie at today's meeting
- Introduction of new 2019 RTC board members
- Approval of November 2018 General Meeting minutes

Vice President - Carol Pillsbury
Secretary - Les Hoskyns - away
- Private Scheduled Games feature on the website is working, but is not getting much use
- Website's Login/Logout procedures have been considerably improved to address the problem above
- Incoming RTC Secretary responsibilities will be assumed by Joyce Decker
Treasurer - Barbara Schwartz
- Treasurer's report --- approximately $11,000 in bank; still have party checks coming in; awaiting Creekside bill; CJS have approx. $500 in expenses
- Discussion regarding what software should be used by the RTC Treasurer
- Potentially search for accountant skills in April to plan on a Barbara replacement
Tournaments - Chris Slee
- Wild Card Championship
- Have to find team captain for January 2019
Social - Marian "Cinnamon" Renvall
- Holiday Party report --- 89 people attended vs. 119 and 113 from previous years
- 2019 Holiday Party date discussed
Membership - Larry Fredricks
- Membership report – 105 club members; 26 ball machine subscriptions
- Met with Terry Quinlan to review procedures
- A printed directory that is mailed to each member was decided upon at last (General Membership) meeting. Chris will assist in it's production and mailing.
- Web site will now include a ball machine membership list
- Membership renewal/s will be sent out
- Incoming RTC Membership responsibilities will be assumed by Terry Quinlan
Facilities - Bill Van Wagoner
- Facilities report
- Cracks on the court, money will be budgeted in 2020. Cracks with vertical displacement should be reported to MOD
- Sign ups, board should be able to challenge and haven’t signed up --- send out an email to stress the importance; RTC needs the documentation

- First Aid Sign is illegible --- also need new signs for Cold Packs, Lost and Found, etc.
Publicity - Dave Blanchard
- We will be losing Maureen's support at Rossmoor News
- Incoming RTC Publicity responsibilities will be assumed by Ken Steiner
- Started transitioning portions of the job to Ken Steiner
- Les will help Ken get started with getting event write-ups onto the website
Information Technology - Chris Slee
- Procedures for Officers to help turnover
- Chris is changing over entries on website for changes in officers and responsibilities
- Les will continue to help Chris with website administration
Old Business
- Nonresident members --- Rossmoor clubs are allowed 20% of members from outside; previous decision is to stay with the 4 'grandfathered' members; decision: stay with this approach; in 2020 we will increase non-resident dues to $100 per year
New Business
- Outgoing officers are requested to document how they do their jobs as they turn over responsibility to incoming officers. These will be incorporated into the web site.
- Web site will now include a ball machine membership list
- Flowers sent Marcia Perry who is recovering from an injury
- Carol will clarify who is approved and insured to be an RTC Teaching Professional
- Approved recognition award for previous presidents
