President - Larry Barclay General Meeting called to order at 1:30 in Fairway Room
- Roll call Larry Barclay, Al Peters, Barbara Landberg, Ken Steiner, Chris Slee, and David Hickey were present.

- Approval of Feb. 21, 2022 Minutes Barbara sent out "Thinking of You" cards to Joan Warner, Gery Yearout, and Katha Hartley this month. Please keep her informed if anyone in the club is ill, has taken a bad fall or is in the hospital.
Treasurer - Ken Steiner
- As of 3/20/2022 bank balance is $15,514.02
Tournaments - Chris Slee
- March Wildcard wildly successful
- April 2 next Wildcard Tournament is coming up
- Bernie Wolf running The Villages Apr 30 ...It will be at Rossmoor from about 9 - 2. He will need support especially with the barbeque following the matches.
Social - David Hickey
- Summer BBQ’s will run from May 28th - Sept. 28th.
- Sneakers & Spikes is a 9 holes golf event followed by an Asian barbeque. Loc & Fred Barnes need to come up with a new date and they will get $200. toward drinks and paper goods.
- Grillers for summer BBQ's needed. Sign up sheet being passed around.

- 72 Ball Machine Members

- Women's Team has added a practice day, now Mondays and Thursdays at 11am
Publicity - Amy Bollinger
- Amy writes 1 -3 articles about tennis that get printed in The Rossmoor News every week that keeps people informed.
Information Technology - Chris Slee
- Completed Annual Directory with Terry Q and all directories were personally delivered by board members.
Old Business
- Committee for the Preservation of the Buckeye Tennis Courts - Dave Blanchard
- Most of the meeting was about saving Buckeye for tennis.
- IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT WE SHOW UP AT THE GRF MEETING 3/31 AND KEEP UP WITH ARTICLES IN ROSSMOOR NEWS. READ FULL REPORT BELOW.
- stress sound issue isn't only effecting nearby residents but also tennis players,
- parking issue and safety concerns
- why hasn't golf course been considered?
- why was Hillside ruled out?
- we need to be part of a sound study
- Frank Haswell wrote article about 2 nearby facilities that tried combining PB and tennis and it did not work
