- February Wild Card went off smoothly thanks to Barbara Blum and Ken Haley
- Trilogy Rio Vista were notified about no meet this year. Seemed fine with that.
- March Wild Card to be hosted by Jerry Quinlan and Rick Sterling
Social - David Hickey
- Valentine party successful with over 70 present thanks to Loc Barnes
- Need volunteers for June 24 summer BBQ party; investigating catering companies
Membership - Terry Quinlan
- 2020 Membership directory received; will distribute
- 182 members; 48 ball machine members; 3 non residents
Facilities - Jerry Quinlan
- Replaced combination locks on storage sheds (combination the same)
- Re-keyed under-counter service area locks with key stored in new realtor style lock box (new combo to be distributed to select users)
- New battery powered blower available, will send combination to general membership for usage
- GRF replaces several brooms
- Werener tree company to install wooden support under tree limbs in central area
- Still investigating possible court shade options

- Prepared all the PDFs and mailing labels for the 2020 Directory
- Consolidated all notes for each of the officer positions into a series of articles accessible under Admin >> Duties >> on the right hand side. Officers are encouraged to update these with transition details, advice and other information useful to new officers.
Old Business
- Member Mary Ann Shields presented idea of a "social membership" keeping old friends in social loop etc. reduced membership fees; discussed and tabled for future discussion
- Interclub teams tabled for future discussion
New Business
- Set of Court Etiquette posters to remind members of certain fundamentals, such as not bringing pets onto the courts, walking in on other players because "time is up", time limits, using empty courts before exercising time limits, interrupting servers, etc. etc. discussed; suggest email blast (Jerry Quinlan to send) and a kiosk poster
- Mission Statement and Guiding Principles to guide club norms and behaviors; tabled
