• 2021 Board Elections – email was sent to Carol Pillsbury with suggestions for nominating committee and board positions.  Carol acknowledged that Chris Slee is to be nominated for another term on the board as Tournaments Chairman.

  Election during November General club meeting is to be by show of hands, per club by-laws, so club will need an upgraded Zoom account to accommodate 180+ members and extended time period. Perhaps account should be in incoming VP name for future use.

  GRF Proposal to Convert Tennis Courts to PickleBall Courts

  President thanks board members for actively providing wisdom and guidance on this issue through email exchanges.

  Email to Jeff Matheson presented RTC board opposition to such conversion. Matheson response email suggested negative effects could be mitigated.
