Correction to October minutes: decision to roll over membership fees for 2021 was tabled not approved
correction was noted and made. Motion to approve October minutes APPROVED as amended
2021 RTC Meeting room and facilities reservations were submitted to GRF. Request refund of fees paid for facilities unused in 2020 due to Covid. refund should be expected.
Sent email to members asking for additional 2021 Board nominations. None received.
Pillsbury’s nominating committee named Chris Slee and Al Peters for 2021 Board elections. Motion to approve nominations approved
Discussed need of signage to bring attention to proper Tennis Court usage, Stating other activities should be excluded as well as use of proper shoes and "no dogs". Jerry Quinlan will design for approval. Also larger "no guest " sign discussed

- Received negative feedback from one new member at our New Members Zoom meeting. We should welcome new members first letting them introduce themselves before board members introduce themselves and their programs

- membership fee for 2021 discussed. Motion to waive membership fees for current members for 2021, The 2 new members will pay the $30 fee and one late member who paid $10 fee will pay the balance of $20. APPROVED! Dave to send email notice to members regarding this and Amy will post in Rossmoor News

- Debris left on court 8 was cleaned up by Jerry
- Need for new squeegees to remove rain water discussed. Will inventory old equipment to see what is needed and ask GRF for help with replacements

- Found all weather aluminum 12 x 12 signs; $150 for 8 signs
Publicity - Amy Bollinger
- Published first Rossmoor News article with 2 more to be published, one more in Nov and one in Dec. Ideal target is one per month and any topic suggestions are welcome.
- Suggest the possible addition of supplying borrowed rackets and new balls for a “New to the Game” Drop In format to encourage new players to try the sport. Favorably discussed but not at this time due to Covid 19 restrictions. Larry volunteered with Dave's help to start program when county opens group play

- Has a voting-by-email method set up for getting membership input on decisions. Didn't need for board election

New Business
Much discussion on pickleballs misinformation regarding tennis club and court take over. Chris Slee, Terry Quinlan, and Amy Bollinger will convene to find ideas of how to best represent RTC's position
Dave will check with GRF regarding Dec. meeting and our ability of representation
Shari Wiseman would be willing to represent us on PB's recommended RTC/PB solution search committee as a goodwill initiative.
