• Discussed member suggestion of "social membership" category
• members can update their own profile on website. otherwise rating default shows 3.0/will send email blast

Facilities - Jerry Quinlan

• New battery powered blower in storage cabinet nearest work counter
• Discussed accessibility for members to locked storage/no resolution
• Ball machine has been serviced approx.$400

Publicity - Rowena Slee

• sending current notifications to paper

Information Technology - Chris Slee

• successful Web training for Board members
• Our "Web Master" has updated and organized site/ new section for email blasts

Old Business

•  Blanchard still working on inter club team issues
• Capitol Improvement update: Barclay will look into possible location of trophy case near kiosk
• Decker reports waiting for electrican report for bringing more power to BBQ area and presented info on outdoor trophy cabinet
• G Quinlan reports estimate of sun screen construction for courts $25,000. will look at more

New Business

Suggestion of replacing combination locks on all cabinets unanimously approved
