  • Board User Groups
  • Beta testing
• Forward the standard RTC email addresses to new Board members.  etc.
  • Forward  to the incoming President, Vice President, Tournaments, Social and Membership
  • CloudAccess >> Cloudmail, Manage mail@ >> Settings >> Forwarding
  • Do a test email to check this is set up correctly. e.g.

    • You are now subscribed to the RTC email responses from

      President, Vice President, Social, Tournaments and Membership ... you should get two copies of this message, one direct, and one forwarded thru mail@r...

      The rest of you are being left on these message chains until the end of January to help with the transition, then I'll remove you.

• Contact Rossmoor News to change reference to President on Rossmoor.com [president]
• Send an email newsletter to the membership so they know who / how to contact the Board
• Train new Board members

Calendars

• Get event calendars from President, Tournaments, Social, Mens SMIL, Womens BALL
• Update Administrative and other calendars
• HINT: easiest is to find the corresponding old event, click the pen icon to edit, then Copy and Edit Event, changing the calendar but leaving the existing text intact
